Job Summary
Secure a sales-ready store and ensure stock levels are fully stocked. Translate sales targets into practical daily tasks and objectives. Drive development, optimize operations, and motivate your team. Train staff to adhere to Lager 157's values and store concepts while maintaining high service standards and a presentable retail environment. Collaborate closely with the store manager to foster a positive, sales-driven culture. Requires fluency in Danish and English, with a minimum age of 18. Join the team as we open our 13th Danish store in Holstebro this autumn.
