Job Summary
In a 10% position in Trondheim, you will use sales talent and a love for animals to help customers find the right products for their pets, delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, upselling, and contributing to a positive store environment with varied shifts including day, evening, and weekends. The role includes training through the Musti Campus and hands-on practice in-store to build product knowledge and customer-service skills. Musti Norge emphasizes high service standards and a supportive team culture; startup is 1 July 2026 with applications reviewed continuously until 4 June 2026. Candidates should be 18+, have retail/sales experience preferred, and possess a genuine interest in animals (dogs and cats).
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience, preferably in sales
- Experience with animals or strong interest in animals (dogs and cats)
- Over 18 years old
- Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to work day/evening/weekend shifts
- Energetic, friendly, proactive service mindset
- Comfort with training and using a learning platform (Musti Campus)
