Busy Express Service Advisor

Sell express services and related parts to customers while identifying requests and qualifying vehicles for Express Service. Conduct a limited vehicle walk-around, present multi-point inspection results, and recommend needed services and parts. Perform a detailed active delivery of each vehicle and provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies. Write complete, accurate repair orders while maintaining current knowledge of Subaru vehicle service requirements, operations, warranties, campaigns, and Technical Service Bulletins. Also stay informed on state and local laws and regulations related to automotive service and repair, including lemon laws.
