Qualified bus driver needed for the winter season at Northern Lights Village Saariselkä. Responsibilities include operating company cars on scheduled routes and airport transfers, participating in aurora-hunting excursions as a driver, and assisting guides during group activities. Ensure passenger safety and satisfaction, keep vehicles clean and well-maintained, provide information and assistance to passengers, adhere to traffic laws, perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues to maintenance, and use company apps to check customer data. Requirements: valid D-class bus driver license, fluent written and spoken English, excellent navigational and driving skills, good communication, ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, a minimum of 2 years driving experience, experience driving in winter conditions, and a clear criminal background report. Desirable qualifications include customer service experience, previous wilderness guiding, Finnish language knowledge, local area knowledge, and photography skills.
