Job Summary
Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain spotless floors and workstations to keep the floor running smoothly. Assist servers by running food, refilling drinks, and suggesting guest favorites while ensuring every guest has what they need. Maintain sanitation stations, follow all safety and cleaning guidelines, and handle trash, recycling, and supply restocking as needed. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while adhering to alcohol awareness laws and state service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry trays or items up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and a natural smile
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable taking direction, but also confident enough to jump in where needed
- Can read and complete all training and safety materials in English
- Flexible schedule—available nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
