Job Summary
Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain spotless floors and workstations to keep the floor running smoothly. Assist servers by running food, refilling drinks, and suggesting menu items while ensuring guests have what they need. Follow all sanitation guidelines, manage trash and recycling runs, and restock supplies as needed. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local health, safety, and alcohol service laws across Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry trays or items up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and a natural smile
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable taking direction, but also confident enough to jump in where needed
- Can read and complete all training and safety materials in English
- Flexible schedule—available nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
