Job Summary
Clear dirty tables, sanitize and reset them for the next guest, and assist bartenders and servers by stocking supplies, running food, and delivering drinks to tables. Stock server stations with plates, napkins, glassware, and ice while bussing dirty dishes in a neat, orderly manner. Perform general housekeeping duties including sweeping floors, cleaning tables and seats, and sanitizing restrooms. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of LaPeZ standards, procedures, and products to protect guests and the establishment by following sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies. Work nights, weekends, and holidays while prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Clean and hygienic appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend etc for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
