Dress tables with proper place settings and reset them rapidly using correct sanitation techniques. Keep server stations stocked with roll-ups, glassware, and condiments to ensure seamless shifts. Carry heavy trays and bins for pre-bussing and bussing tables to maintain high turnover. Sweep, mop, and clean seating and ledges while removing trash bins to uphold general restaurant upkeep. Collaborate with bussers, management, servers, hosts, food runners, and bartenders to create a memorable dining experience. Complete additional assigned tasks to foster a productive and positive work environment. Stand and work in constant motion throughout the shift while lifting up to 50 pounds.
