Deliver consistently high customer service by clearing dirty flatware and glasses, assisting with guest communication, and anticipating needs to ensure seamless dining. Execute organized service steps to maintain order accuracy while prepping side stations for business demand. Maintain a safe, clean environment by complying with health guidelines and build rapport with guests to increase repeat clientele. Requires extensive menu knowledge, strong multitasking, and the ability to forecast guest needs. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays; must stand for full shifts and lift up to 35lbs.
