Job Summary
Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils while maintaining cleanliness of surfaces, sinks, and workstations. Ensure proper storage of cleaned items, dispose of waste according to hygiene guidelines, and assist with basic prep tasks like peeling vegetables. Help organize supplies, monitor stock levels, and report shortages to supervisors. Follow all kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures while working closely with staff under the direction of the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Adhere strictly to company standards, communicate effectively in Mandarin or English, and be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
