Job Summary
Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, place tableware and condiments, remove dirty utensils, and replenish supplies as needed. Clean and reset tables after guests leave while maintaining health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas. Candidates must hold TABC and Food Handler certifications and demonstrate flexibility for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts. This role supports our wait staff to ensure daily front-of-house operations run smoothly and create memorable experiences for guests.

Desired Qualifications
- Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant
- Flexibility on shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
