Busser provides friendly, courteous service by clearing and setting tables, assisting servers with drinks and table settings, and maintaining clean, well-organized dining stations to ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests per Forbes and Ranch LB standards, ensuring proper table setup before/after meals, assisting with food running as needed, and performing side duties such as napkin folding and cleaning spills. Must communicate effectively, describe menu items, and uphold The Ranch's standards for service, appearance, and dining area upkeep. Physical tasks include standing and moving throughout shifts, handling dishes and service ware, and adapting to varying schedules. High school or equivalent education is required; prior customer service experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred. The role may include flexible hours and on-call rotation, with a commitment to attendance and adherence to company policies on harassment and equal employment opportunity.
