Job Summary
Greet guests and provide water service upon seating, then promptly clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, chairs, and booths, while monitoring assigned restroom areas for cleanliness and restocking. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages, handle tableware and dishware with care, and transport items to the dishwashing area. Communicate with hosts and servers to maintain efficient seating and table turnover, responding promptly to guest requests and notifying servers of any special needs. Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. Availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude with a team-first mentality
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 20 lbs., and carry trays and stacked plates
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
