Job Summary
Assist and support servers by preparing and resetting tables, delivering water, maintaining cleanliness of tables and surrounding areas, and clearing/resetting tables efficiently. Communicate guest needs to front-of-house and heart-of-house staff, participate in opening and closing procedures, and help ensure guest satisfaction. Must be able to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift up to 75 lbs in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge environment. Demonstrates teamwork, professionalism, and familiarity with Tao Group Hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Previous Busser experience preferred
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
- Attention to sanitation standards per Department of Health and company guidelines
