Job Summary
Assist guests with bussing and water refilling while maintaining cleanliness and organization across the venue. Bring positivity to guest interactions and uphold a high standard of service under pressure. This role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays, including physical demands such as walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods. Candidates must have at least six months of experience as a runner or busser in a busy environment and hold alcohol certification. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience as a runner and/or busser in a busy environment
- TIPS alcohol certification
- The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
- The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
- An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements
