Job Summary
Clean tables, remove dishes, and run food to tables while notifying servers of guest needs. Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwashing area and assist with dishwashing, bar support, and general cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Maintain ice supply and ensure a welcoming dining environment. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
- Must be able to lift, carry, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds independently
- Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on various terrains and uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
- Must be able to walk outside in variety of weather conditions to include rain, wind, heat, sleet, snow, extreme heat or cold
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
