Job Summary
Clean tables and remove dishes after parties leave, assist in running food to tables, and notify servers when guests need service. Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwashing area, maintain ice supply, and support general cleanliness throughout the restaurant including bar support. This role requires a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays during the busy season, with the ability to lift up to thirty pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
- Must be able to lift, carry, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds independently
- Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on various terrains and uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
- Must be able to walk outside in variety of weather conditions to include rain, wind, heat, sleet, snow, extreme heat or cold
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
