Job Summary
As a Busser, maintain dining area cleanliness and efficiency by clearing and setting tables, assisting servers in delivering dishes and refilling water, and transporting used dishes to the kitchen. Support during peak hours to manage guest flow and waitlists; stock dining supplies (napkins, condiments, cutlery); ensure food safety and sanitation; keep surfaces clean and the dining area orderly; interact with guests and staff in a friendly, professional manner. Prioritize teamwork and a positive attitude in a fast-paced club dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
