Busser-South End

Busser assists wait staff and bartenders, removes dishes, sanitizes tables and service areas, resets place settings, restocks expo/servers' stations and glass-washing area, and helps maintain cleanliness during shifts. Responsibilities include removing used plates, clearing extra settings, preparing tables for the next round of service, sanitizing the table area, restocking the needful items, emptying trash, and assisting with ice refilling. Skills requested: strong customer service, pleasant rapport with guests, solid communication, good knowledge of menu items. Physical requirement: able to walk, stand, bend, twist, and move for the entire shift; able to lift or carry up to 15 lbs. Education preference: High school diploma or equivalent.
