Job Summary
Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout a bustling shift by removing used plates and glassware, clearing tables after each guest experience, and inspecting assigned restrooms every 30 minutes. Transport tableware to the dish area, assist the dishwasher with waste removal, and respond to guest requests by communicating them to servers. Support food delivery for large parties and peak periods while continuously assisting front-of-house, bar, and housekeeping with stocking and cleaning tasks. Obtain service area assignment at the start of each shift and work a standing position for up to 10 hours.
Required Qualifications
- at least 17 years of age
- authorized to work in the US
- able to lift (up to 50 lbs)
- able to reach, bend, and stoop
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- All county required food and alcohol serving certifications
