Job Summary
Maintain area cleanliness and provide support to bartenders, cocktail staff, and wait staff to ensure fast, friendly service. Bus and reset tables, deliver food, clear dishes, and refill beverages while assisting with party setup and restroom maintenance. Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdown, restocking supplies, and spot sweeping floors. Work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required
