Job Summary
Assists Bartender, Cocktail Staff and Wait Staff by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service. Delivers food to tables, buses and resets tables, restocks supplies for shift change or close, assists in party setup, and helps maintain cleanliness of restrooms and serving areas while following safety and sanitation policies. Must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required in a fast-paced environment; positions involve lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
