Job Summary
Assists Bartenders and Servers by maintaining cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service. Responsibilities include cleaning and stocking the bus stand, ensuring wait stations remain clean, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and assisting with party setups. Team Members must work effectively in a noisy, fast-paced environment while communicating well with Guests and co-workers. Physical tasks include lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to clearly communicate with Guests and Team members.
- Must be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
