Job Summary
Maintain area cleanliness and provide support to bartenders and servers to ensure fast, friendly service. Bus and reset tables, empty trash, spot sweep floors, and restock supplies for shifts. Assist guests by clearing dishes, refilling beverages, and helping with party setup. Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdowns, while adhering to sanitation procedures. Keep immediate supervisors informed of problems and take prompt corrective action as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required
