Job Summary
Maintain area cleanliness and provide support to bartenders, cocktail staff, and wait staff to ensure fast, friendly service. Bus and reset tables, deliver food, clear dishes, and refill beverages while adhering to safety and sanitation policies. Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdowns, restocking supplies, and sweeping floors. Assist with party setup, clean restrooms and high chairs, and empty trash as needed. Work days, nights, and weekends in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required
