Job Summary
Buss tables, reset stations, and clear dishes while refilling beverages to maintain cleanliness and a warm atmosphere. Assist bartenders and servers by stocking supplies, emptying trash, sweeping floors, and maintaining restroom and high chair hygiene. Perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdowns and restocking for shift changes. Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding unusual matters and adhere to sanitation procedures in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling required for days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required
