Job Summary
The Busser/Runner is responsible for providing energetic and professional customer service, maintaining clean service stations, clearing and resetting tables, and supporting serving staff to meet guest needs. This role requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members, attention to detail, and the ability to lift items up to 75 pounds while performing various tasks in a busy restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others
- Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
- Reading and writing abilities are utilized often
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong ability to provide attention to detail
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Handling objects, products, and bussing tubs/trays
- Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Must be able to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
