Job Summary
The Busser/Runner position involves providing outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness of service stations, resetting tables, and assisting serving staff. Candidates should have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to perform tasks efficiently in a busy environment. The role includes physical demands such as lifting items up to 75 pounds and standing for extended periods. This is a tipped position with an hourly rate of $4.00 per hour plus tips, and it is part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the venue, the brand and the Company.
- Reading and writing abilities to answer guest’s questions regarding the menu.
- Basic mathematical skills.
