Job Summary
As a Busser/Runner at Live! Arena, you will provide an energetic and outgoing personality while maintaining professionalism in customer service. Responsibilities include supporting serving staff, clearing and cleaning tables in a timely manner, resetting tables, restocking service stations, and performing side work as assigned. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds while moving safely and efficiently throughout the venue. Prior customer service experience is preferred, and fluency in English is necessary. You may be required to work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
