Job Summary
The Busser/Runner position involves providing energetic, outgoing, and professional customer service, supporting serving staff, maintaining clean service stations, clearing and resetting tables, and completing side work as assigned. Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to provide attention to detail
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Handling objects (including food and utensils), products, and bussing tubs/trays
- Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Ability to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred
- Fluency in other languages preferred
