Job Summary
The Busser/Runner at DraftKings Sports & Social Troy is responsible for providing energetic and professional customer service, maintaining cleanliness in service stations, clearing and resetting tables, restocking as necessary, and assisting serving staff to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift heavy items and perform various physical tasks. Prior experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak fluent English
- Strong ability to provide attention to detail
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Handling objects (including food and utensils)
- Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Must be able to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred
- Other languages preferred

- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
