Job Summary
Maintain dining area cleanliness, reset tables, stock tableware/linens, and assist servers and hosts. Unload deliveries, clean kitchen appliances and floors, wash dishes, and ensure sanitation. Follow food safety procedures, manage trash and spills, and keep beverage/ice dispensers stocked. Support team with inline tasks and upkeep of the dining room and service areas as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be proficient in operating with different types of dishes
- Must know and follow all food safety procedures
- Must have communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to make fast and repetitive movements with hands and wrists
- Perform physically demanding activities, including carrying, lifting, stooping, etc.
