Job Summary
Buss, clean, and reset tables while addressing cleanliness or service needs in public areas to keep the guest experience running smoothly. Answer phones in a prompt and professional manner, directing calls as applicable. Upsell food and drink menu items based on general knowledge. Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise and demonstrate teamwork to ensure every opportunity to WOW guests is fulfilled. Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift. Work in a fast-paced environment, standing and walking for extended periods up to eight hours per shift, with frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certifications
- Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify) completion
