Job Summary
Perform opening and closing busser duties at the Opera House, ensuring servers and kitchen standards are met for flawless execution. Run beer and liquor to bars accurately while keeping the floor neat, clean, and free of obstacles. Maintain thorough communication with F&B Management on par levels and anticipate guest needs with urgency. Follow safety procedures and ensure all kitchen utensils are organized and stocked for efficient access. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a busser or similar role in a high-volume environment
- Ability to carry 2 cases of beer safely though the venue and carrying them up stairs
- Must be able to stand during scheduled shift
- Must be able to withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
- Takes great initiative and is able to anticipate the needs of bartenders
- knowledge of food safety protocols & kitchen equipment
