Job Summary
Buss and pre-buss tables in a casual but high-end sushi restaurant; assist servers and hosts, keep dining area and server station clean, refill beverages, and help with table maintenance and bussing during shifts. Must meet three hiring requirements (reliable transportation, dress code adherence, and US citizen or legal resident status). Indoor dining environment with varied noise levels; standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs may be required. Reports to Assistant Manager and General Manager; benefits include employee discount and flexible scheduling. Shift options include morning and night; position located in Miami, FL.
