Job Summary
Clear and reset tables according to BR90 standards while maintaining floors, service areas, side stations, and the expo window. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking for additional needs before departure and manage side station tasks like cutting focaccia, replenishing ice, and making beverages. Remove and empty bus buckets from the bar, assist with pre-bussing and clearing tables, and inspect restrooms, dining rooms, and lobbies for safety and sanitation issues. Arrive on time, well-groomed, and ready to work in a high-volume environment, standing for an active 8-hour shift and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Demonstrate a helpful attitude to guests and team members while completing all assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Able to stand for an active 8 hour shift
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- Able to hear, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination at using hands to write, carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
