Job Summary
Clear and reset tables according to BR90 standards, maintain floors and service areas, and ensure guest satisfaction by proactively checking on needs before guests leave. Keep side stations, expo windows, and bar bus buckets clean and stocked, including replenishing ice, making beverages, and managing silverware. Assist team members with pre-bussing, clearing tables, and maintaining dining room, restroom, and lobby sanitation while reporting unsafe conditions. Arrive on time, well-groomed, and ready to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment for an active 8-hour shift, lifting items up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Able to stand for an active 8 hour shift
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- Able to hear, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination at using hands to write, carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time
