Job Summary
Set and clean tables, remove dirty dishes, polish silverware, and reset dining areas to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Assist waitstaff by delivering food and drinks, refilling beverages, and supporting service needs. Maintain overall cleanliness by sweeping floors, mopping, wiping menus, and keeping trash cans empty. Change sanitizing buckets every two hours and move furniture to adjust floor plans for larger groups. Prioritize side work and station setup, while completing required training and assisting in onboarding new staff. Adhere to safety protocols, alcohol service policies, and harassment-free conduct standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handlers' certificate
- English language
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work around peak hours, early mornings nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptability and Quick Learning
- Practice Full hands in/Full hands out
- Change sanitizing buckets every two hours or as necessary
- Understand, comply with, and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service established by company policy
- Understand and utilize all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program

- Ensure a harassment-free environment through proper personal conduct
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations to avoid danger to self, Staff Members, and Guests
