Job Summary
Busser responsible for clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness of place settings, assisting servers with water and beverages, stocking mise en place, linens, condiments, and service stations, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Daily duties include cleaning floors and service areas, setting and breaking down tables, polishing china, glassware, silverware, and preparing breakdown areas, while supporting the service team to optimize guest experience. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality/service industry
- Must have valid, non-expired Food Handlers’ card
