Job Summary
Maintain, clear, and reset tables quickly and efficiently while assisting other team members. Provide excellent guest service by responding to requests in a clear and polite manner, ensuring all guests are addressed consistently with company standards. Stock and maintain side stations, glassware, flatware, linen pars, and restroom cleanliness throughout the shift. Complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis, keeping management informed of any problems or complaints. Follow all company policies and adhere to Busser expectations as defined in the training manual at 100%. Work as part of a team in a consistently fast-paced, loud environment, requiring the ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Read, understand and speak English
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Able to stand for an eight-hour shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to reach above head and bend to put items on the floor or low shelves
- Able to climb stairs and ladders
- Able to repetitively lift glass racks, bus buckets and other items
- Able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest
- Able to work at a consistently fast pace in a loud environment
