Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning and setting tables, general table maintenance, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment for all staff members and guests by performing duties such as clearing and setting tables, scraping and washing glassware/plateware/silverware, stocking service stations, moving tables to adjust floor plans for events, and communicating with guests. Must understand safety and sanitation practices and work with a sense of urgency; six months experience in the food and beverage industry preferred. Knowledge of product offerings and rapport-building with guests is important, as is ability to assist with inventory and general station upkeep.
Required Qualifications
- Six months experience as a bus person or working in some aspect of the food and beverage industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
