Job Summary
Busser responsible for maintaining cleanliness around the front of the restaurant, restrooms, floors, and service areas; clears and sets tables according to procedures; scrapes, racks, and stacks glassware/plateware/silverware in the dishwashing area; ensures adequate ice supply; assists with stocking service stations and moving furniture for events; busses tables and pre-busses as needed; adheres to safety and sanitation practices; communicates with guests and management; maintains knowledge of products and happenings; performs other duties with a sense of urgency; six months experience in food and beverage preferred or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Six months experience as a bus person or working in some aspect of the food and beverage industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
