Job Summary
Clear, sanitize, and reset tables; remove dishes after guests depart; clean chairs, booths, and floor areas between uses. Bring dishware and glassware to the dish area and maintain service stations throughout the shift. Alert hosts to open and clean tables, assist servers and dishwashers as needed, and dispose of trash properly. Perform all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties while adhering to the restaurant uniform policy. This role requires 100% standing time and involves occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, water, and loud noise. Candidates must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly, reaching, bending, stooping, and wiping as necessary. Possess knowledge of food and drinks served and maintain a professional, fun, and friendly attitude.
Required Qualifications
- This position will spend 100% of the time standing
- Adhere to restaurant uniform policy at all times
- Able to report to work as scheduled
- Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat and water. As well as subject to loud noise.
- Must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
