BUSSER

Bussers are responsible for serving food to customers, clearing tables and other areas, supporting kitchen staff as needed. Duties include delivering food to tables in a timely and professional manner; greeting customers, answering questions with knowledge of the menu; providing excellent customer service; maintaining sanitation standards in dining and service areas; restocking and wiping down tables and chairs; assisting servers; clearing dishes and transporting them to the kitchen. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; restaurant or bar experience preferred.
