Job Summary
Clear plates, glasses, and silverware from tables in a timely manner to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment. Assist servers by resetting tables for new guests, refilling water glasses, and addressing guest requests as directed. Handle food and beverages safely while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Maintain organization in dining areas by clearing debris and assisting with trash removal. Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in bussing tables or providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain organization during busy shifts
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- 1 (One) year prior experience as a busser or front of house role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, especially in keeping dining areas clean and organized
