Job Summary
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain service flow. Assist servers with food delivery, drink refills, and guest needs. Warmly greet guests and answer basic menu or restaurant inquiries. Professionally answer phones and take accurate takeout or delivery orders. Assist with seating guests and managing the waitlist during peak times. Keep service stations and entry areas clean and organized. Support the front-of-house team to create a positive dining experience for every guest.
