Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, assist servers in delivering food and drinks, and maintain dining area cleanliness through sweeping and mopping. Stock supplies, manage inventory, ensure all utensils and glassware are clean, and provide support to kitchen staff as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations while adhering to health and safety regulations, morning setup, and evening cleanup protocols. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
