Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, set tables with linens and supplies, and replenish service bars with food, condiments, and bread. Scrape and stack dishes for kitchen cleaning, wipe surfaces, mop floors, and stock refrigerating units with beverages. Serve ice water, bread, and other items to patrons while locating requested items and carrying trays from counters or kitchens. Maintain adequate supplies of glassware, silverware, and dishes throughout the shift. Fluent in English and Spanish. Previous restaurant experience preferred.
