Job Summary
Clear and reset tables promptly following guest departure, deliver bread and water, and assist servers with running food and refilling beverages. Maintain dining room cleanliness by sweeping floors, arranging chairs, and removing trash while restocking service stations with glassware, silverware, and linens. Support opening and closing side work as assigned. This role requires standing and walking for up to eight hours, lifting up to 40 lbs, and obtaining a Food Handler's Permit before the first shift. Located at all GRG Restaurant locations, this hourly, non-exempt position is essential to maintaining the pace of service and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler's Permit required (or ability to obtain before first shift)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry tubs of dishes up to 40 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
