Job Summary
Busser/Food Runner responsible for cleaning and setting tables, maintaining a sanitary and safe work environment, clearing tableware to the dishwasher, scraping and stacking dishware, stocking service stations, pre-bussing, and assisting with floor plan adjustments for events. Must maintain knowledge of the restaurant’s products, communicate with guests, follow safety/sanitation practices, and move with urgency to support front-of-house operations. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; role involves interacting with guests and supporting service staff to ensure a clean, efficient dining area and timely turnover. Rate of pay is $7.98 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Six months experience as a bus person or working in some aspect of the food and beverage industry preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
